Account Executive
Early Stage Growth
RxFusion is a healthcare technology company helping providers implement compliant, revenue-generating office dispensing programs.
We’re looking for an early sales hire to help expand our reach with clinics, health centers, and provider organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Engage with healthcare organizations (including FQHCs and clinics)
- Run product demos and close new business
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy
- Track and manage activity in HubSpot CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a growing company environment
- Strong work ethic and persistence
- Experience in B2B sales (healthcare or SaaS preferred)
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and developing new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling into FQHCs or community health centers
- Existing relationships / rolodex in healthcare provider organizations
- Familiarity with compliance, pharmacy, or revenue cycle workflows
Compensation
Strong upside tied directly to performance
Base salary + uncapped commission
