Account Executive

Early Stage Growth

RxFusion is a healthcare technology company helping providers implement compliant, revenue-generating office dispensing programs.

We’re looking for an early sales hire to help expand our reach with clinics, health centers, and provider organizations.


What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Engage with healthcare organizations (including FQHCs and clinics)
  • Run product demos and close new business
  • Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy
  • Track and manage activity in HubSpot CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a growing company environment
  • Strong work ethic and persistence
  • Experience in B2B sales (healthcare or SaaS preferred)
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and developing new opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling into FQHCs or community health centers
  • Existing relationships / rolodex in healthcare provider organizations
  • Familiarity with compliance, pharmacy, or revenue cycle workflows

Compensation

Strong upside tied directly to performance

Base salary + uncapped commission
